Bisa jadi, alih-alih membaca <a href=\"https:\/\/lsigs.com\/artikel\/pemalsuan-label-sni-negara-rugi-rp-27-triliun-ipw-soroti-kasus-ini\/\">label<\/a> nutrisi, Anda malah memerhatikan kemasan yang menarik.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebagian orang memang label nutrisi karena tidak tahu cara membaca label nutrisi. Padahal, membaca fakta nutrisi dalam makanan kemasan adalah penting. Dengan mengetahui jumlah kandungan gizi suatu makanan, Anda akan lebih mudah menakar dan mengontrol asupan harian makanan kemasan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CARA MEMBACA LABEL NUTRISI PADA KEMASAN MAKANAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebelum meneliti kandungan dan fakta nutrisi pada kemasan makanan, ketahui dulu apa saja yang biasanya tertera pada label. Berikut beberapa hal yang perlu Anda ketahui saat membaca label kemasan makanan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Takaran Penyajian<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saat membaca label nutrisi pada kemasan makanan, pada baris awal umumnya tertera takaran penyajian (<em>serving size<\/em>). Ini bisa tertulis dalam ukuran&nbsp;<em>cup<\/em>, buah, dan butir, yang diikuti dengan satuan angka seperti gr, mg, atau kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Takaran saji merupakan estimasi jumlah makanan atau <a href=\"https:\/\/lsigs.com\/artikel\/akreditasi-miliki-kontribusi-penting-dalam-meningkatkan-keamanan-pangan\/\">minuman<\/a> yang biasanya dikonsumsi dalam 1 kali makan atau minum. Namun, takaran saji bukanlah rekomendasi jumlah makanan atau minuman yang harus Anda konsumsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Semakin banyak porsi yang Anda konsumsi, tentu jumlah kalori yang masuk dan nutrisi lainnya juga semakin tinggi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kalori&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kalori merupakan jumlah energi yang Anda dapat dari porsi makanan yang dikonsumsi. Misalnya, dalam 1 porsi pasta terdiri dari 280 kalori. Jika Anda makan seluruh pasta yang ada dalam kemasan tersebut, kalorinya pun akan bertambah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk mencapai berat badan yang ideal, diperlukan keseimbangan jumlah kalori yang dikonsumsi dan jumlah kalori yang dibuang, misalnya dengan beraktivitas atau berolahraga.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kebutuhan kalori harian bergantung usia, jenis kelamin, tinggi badan, berat badan, dan jenis aktivitas yang Anda lakukan sehari-hari.&nbsp;<em>US Food and Drug Administration&nbsp;<\/em>menyebutkan panduan umum untuk kalori pada kemasan makanan (berdasarkan diet 2000 kalori\/hari):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kalori rendah: 40 kalori<\/li><li>Kalori sedang: 100 kalori<\/li><li>Kalori tinggi: 400 kalori<\/li><li><strong>Nutrisi<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keterangan nutrisi pada label kemasan makanan merupakan informasi penting yang perlu diketahui. Pada label kemasan, pada umumnya tertera informasi kalori, lemak total, lemak jenuh, lemak trans, kolesterol, sodium (garam), karbohidrat total, serat, <a href=\"https:\/\/lsigs.com\/artikel\/ribuan-produk-tanpa-sni-sejumlah-rp-15-milyar-dimusnahkan-kebanyakan-dari-china\/\">gula<\/a>, protein, vitamin dan mineral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam label nutrisi juga tertera jumlah (biasanya dalam persen) kebutuhan nutrisi harian. Misalnya, dalam suatu <a href=\"https:\/\/lsigs.com\/artikel\/jasa-pengurusan-sni\/\">produk<\/a> tertera 1 porsi mengandung sodium 37%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keterangan ini berarti kandungan sodium dalam produk kemasan tersebut berkontribusi sebanyak 37% pada total kebutuhan harian sodium Anda. Bagaimana jika Anda mengonsumsi 4 porsi makanan tersebut dalam sehari?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Itu artinya, konsumsi sodium Anda pada hari itu dari makanan kemasan yang dikonsumsi sebanyak 148% alias sudah berlebihan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HAL YANG HARUS DIPERHATIKAN SAAT MEMBACA <a href=\"https:\/\/globalservisagensi.com\/\">LABEL <\/a>KEMASAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain tiga hal yang diperhatikan dalam membaca label nutrisi di atas, Anda juga harus mengecek kandungan gizinya. Ada beberapa kandungan nutrisi yang perlu Anda batasi asupannya, yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lemak Jenuh<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tipe lemak ini akan meningkatkan risiko Anda terkena&nbsp;penyakit jantung&nbsp;dan&nbsp;kolesterol tinggi. Untuk orang dewasa, sebaiknya batasi konsumsi lemak jenuh kurang dari 20 gr\/hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lemak Trans<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sama seperti lemak jenuh, lemak trans juga dapat meningkatkan risiko Anda terkena penyakit jantung. Idealnya, lemak trans yang Anda konsumsi adalah 0 gr\/hari atau tidak sama sekali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namun terkadang, meski tertera 0 gr lemak trans dalam kemasan, masih terkandung lemak trans dalam jumlah kurang dari 0,5 gr\/porsi. Lemak trans ini dapat ditemui pada margarin, makanan yang digoreng, kue, dan berbagai camilan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kolesterol&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk kolesterol, sebaiknya batasi konsumsinya kurang dari 300 mg\/hari. Jika Anda memiliki penyakit jantung, batasi kurang dari 200 mg\/hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Gula<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain hal-hal tersebut, pastikan Anda juga membatasi konsumsi gula tambahan\/pemanis (tertera sebagai \u2018Gula\u2019) di bawah 10% AKG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dari pada komponen-komponen tersebut, lebih baik pilih makanan kemasan yang punya persentase AKG tinggi untuk serat, vitamin, dan mineral. Misalnya, vitamin D, zat besi, dan kalsium.
