Termination, Reduction, Expansion, Freezing, Revocation and Transfer of Certificates and Changes Affecting Certification Requirements
Termination of Certification

LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificates can terminate the certificate if, which is not limited to the following cases:
- There is a request from a client
- A certificate misuse has occurred
- Violation of the agreement
- The results of inspection of the quality system and product quality have not met the requirements
- The Head of the Certification Department/Supervisor evaluates the causes of termination of certification. From the evaluation results, the Head of the Certification Department informs the client with a Notice of Termination of the SPPT SNI and License, and asks the client to return the Certificate and License and asks the client to stop using the SNI Mark on products produced after the termination date.
- LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certification must take the actions specified by the certification scheme and must make all necessary modifications to formal certification documents, public information, authorization for use of the mark, etc. to ensure that it does not give any indication that the product will continue to be certified.

Applications for reducing the scope of product certification can be made if:
- There is a request from a client
- Certain types of products do not meet reference standards and cannot be repaired, while other types of products meet reference standards.
- The Head of the Certification Department/Supervisor prepares a revised product certificate (SPPT SNI) according to the scope requested.
- The Head of the Certification Department only makes amendments to the certificate and its attachments.
- The certificate and attachments are signed by the Head of LSPro and/or by an official who has been appointed to sign the certificate.
- LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certification must take the actions specified by the certification scheme and must make all necessary modifications to formal certification documents, public information, authorization for use of marks, etc. to ensure the reduced scope of certification is clearly communicated to clients and clearly defined in certification documentation and public information.
- The Head of the Certification Department/Supervisor studies the application for expanding the scope of certification according to the Certification Application procedure (Pr.7.2/IGS-3.0.Rev.08) submitted by the client. If necessary, the Head of the Certification Department/Supervisor can request assistance from the Operations Department to review the application and make recommendations for additional audits or accelerated surveillance.
- Based on the results of the review of the certification application (Pr.7.2/IGS-3.0.Rev.08) the Head of the Certification Department asked the Head of the Operations Department to assign a team to carry out additional audits or accelerated surveillance or sampling.
- After completing the additional audit or accelerated surveillance, the team leader submits a report on the results of the additional audit or accelerated surveillance to the Operations Department. As for sampling, the sampling officer submits a sampling report to the Operations Department
- Review of surveillance results and scope expansion is carried out in accordance with procedure Pr.7.6/IGS-3.0.Rev.12.
Freezing the scope of certification
- In the surveillance, discrepancies were found, but it is still possible to be resolved by the user, so there is no need to revoke certificates and licenses by LSPro PT. Global Integrity Certificate.
- If the user of the certificate and license does not take appropriate corrective action, then the user of the certificate and license does not have the right to use or affix the SNI conformity mark on the problematic product.
- Certificates and Licenses were frozen after an agreement was reached between LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificate with Certificate and License users for a certain period, during which period production activities are stopped for efforts to repair and prevent non-conformities.
- LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificate assigns one or more people who have competence and understanding of all aspects of handling to formulate and communicate with clients about license suspension and inform the licensee that these conditions must be fulfilled by the licensee with a SPPT SNI and License Suspension Notice.
- The freezing period for clients is a maximum of 3 (three) months (unless otherwise determined by the scheme) starting from the date the freezing decision is made, which is not limited to the following cases:
- If the nonconformity report regarding the final product not meeting standards is not completed within the specified time limit;
- If cases of misuse of product certificates and/or conformity marks, for example misleading advertising, are not resolved by inappropriate corrective action by the applicant/client;
- If there are other violations of product certification procedures.
- LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certification must take the actions specified by the certification scheme and must make all necessary modifications to formal certification documents, public information, authorization for use of the mark, etc. to ensure that it does not give any indication that the product will continue to be certified.
- At the end of the LSPro license suspension PT. Integrita Global Certificate conducts an investigation to find out whether the conditions referred to have been fulfilled, if the license suspension has been fulfilled, it is activated by means of a written notification with a Notice of Activation of SPPT SNI and License.
- If certification is reactivated after suspension, LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certification must make all necessary modifications to formal certification documents, public information, authorization for use of marks, etc. to ensure that there are all appropriate indications that the product continues to be certified.
- If the decision to reduce the scope of certification is made as a condition of activation, the certification body must make all necessary modifications to formal certification documents, public information, authorization for the use of marks, etc. to ensure that the reduced scope of certification is clearly communicated to clients and is clear. specified in certification documentation and public information.
Revocation of the scope of certification
- An application for the revocation of the scope of product certification can be made if:
- There is a request from a client
- The corrective action taken by the licensee is not sufficient (in case the license is in a suspended status).
- The license holder company does not fulfill the obligation to pay the certification fee to LSPro PT. Global Integrity Certificate.
- Not willing to do surveillance.
- Notification of conformity certificate and license revocation is conveyed by the Head of the Certification Department to the company concerned using the SPPT SNI and License Revocation Notification Letter, by sending registered mail and/or by electronic mail.

The company concerned can file an appeal against the decision of LSPro PT. Global Integrity Certificate regarding the revocation of the certificate.

Companies whose certificates of conformity are revoked are no longer entitled to use the certificate of conformity and LSPro PT. Global Certificate Integrity will report to the authorities to ask the company to immediately withdraw all products that have been marked as conformity from circulation. If within a period of no later than three months the product with the Mark of Conformity has not been withdrawn, the authorities will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the applicable law.

- Certificate transfer is the transfer of a valid SNI certificate to another LSPro (recipient LSPro).
- Certificate transfer is carried out if:
- Status and/or scope of LSPro PT accreditation. Integrita Global Certificate has expired (expired) and LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certification is not in the process of re-accreditation.
- LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificate does not extend or revoke its accreditation status and no appeal process is filed.
- The applicant wishes to use another LSPro.
- Certification bodies for regulated products (mandatory), are no longer appointed or revoked by the regulator regarding the scheme being operated.
- Regulations issued by regulators (example: Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, etc.).

Only certificates that are still valid and covered by the scope of LSPro PT accreditation. Integrita Global Transferable certificate. Certificate issued by LSPro PT. The receiving LSPro must treat it as a new client.
- If the certificate transfer is initiated by the applicant as referred to in point c, the applicant must submit an application for certification transfer to the accredited recipient LSPro with the same scope as LSPro PT. Global Integrity Certificate.
- LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificate must have a legally enforceable agreement with the client regarding the rights and obligations of each party when a certification transfer is carried out, including regarding financing arising from the certification transfer process.
- In the event of a condition causing the transfer of certification as referred to in clause 2, LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificate must notify the certified client regarding the conditions that led to the transfer of certification, and ask for the approval of the certified client in selecting the recipient's LSPro. A certified client may select a receiving LSPro with the appropriate scope of accreditation and meet the relevant conditions according to the certification scheme being operated.
- LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certification submits a certification transfer application to the recipient LSPro which has been approved by the client, LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certification must convey all certification documents and records of certified clients, as well as information on the certification process during the current cycle. Applications must be submitted no later than 1 (one) month after the conditions in clause 2 are met.
- Henceforth, LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificate and the receiving LSPro coordinate all documents that need to be transferred or other technical matters so that the transfer process can run smoothly without harming any party.
- Transfer of certificates must be completed no later than 3 (three) months from the date of application for transfer of certification.
- Meanwhile, the certificate transfer as a result of point e means that LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificate will follow the mechanism determined by the regulator (Ministry).
- LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificates and LSPro recipients must report the results of the transfer of certification to KAN and/or Regulators related to the product, process and service certification schemes being certified.
Changes affecting certification requirements
Product Requirements Changes:
- If standard or document regulations others that are part of the changing certification requirements, LSPro PT. Integrita Global Certificates require customers to comply with these new requirements and will be informed of the date of change to the new product requirements as well as an effective date reflecting the transition period.
- Document expiration date regulations or standards or otherwise communicated by LSPro PT. Global Integrity Certificate for all customers allowing them sufficient time to take appropriate action.
- If the standard setting organization or the one responsible for the document regulations or other documents specifying the transition period for the validity of the document being replaced, the date of the transition period becomes the validity limit of the document unless otherwise stated by law.
- LSPro PT. The Global Integrity Certificate also sets the effective date including:
- Compliance with regulations or obligations under the contract
- The importance of meeting revised health, safety or environmental requirements.
- The time and costs required for customization and production of the product to meet the revised requirements.
- Time and cost required for product customization and production to meet the revised requirements
- If there are operational problems LSPro PT. Global Integrity Certificate will be further informed.
